The Bluebird

Males
While male bluebirds do not open their beaks widely when they sing, they may sing as many as 1,000 songs an hour when attempting to attract a mate.

They are omnivorous eating mostly small insects and berries. They love meal worms. You can attract them to your nesting box by leaving meal worms out for them.
Vision
A bluebird can spot caterpillars and insects in tall grass at the remarkable distance of over 50 yards.
